I'm playing Immortal Empires, started the save yesterday, using patch 2.1.0.

I'm Heralds of Ariel and just settled Fort Soll (the Empire Fort just south of Pfeildorf). The settlement chain however has only corruption and growth related buffs, but no garrison whatsoever. None of the 5 tiers.

Replication steps:
1) Star a campaign as Heralds of Ariel (I'm on easy/easy)
2) Occupy Fort Soll with a force
3) Check the garrison details/building chain

I own all three games and all DLC and FLC.

I'm running the game with two mods, which both aren't the cause of this, "One Button Respec" and "Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords". Added my modified log as requested, and a saving showing the problem. See also the screenshot below.

    They don't have any garrison in Bastion Gates either, so their probably also missing in the High Elven Gates.

    I can confirm the Wood Elves don't get any garrison in High Elven Gates either... They definitely need a garrison like they had in WH2.

    I've tested all races for garrisons of the Empire Forts, High Elves Gates and Great Bastion Fortresses.

    Races that have missing garrisons in any of the three:
    - Wood Elves (I tested Heralds of Ariel). Missing garrisons in all three.
    - Dark Elves (I tested Cult of Pleasure). In Empire Forts and High Elves Fortresses she doesn't even have 5 tiers, but just the small versions, with no garrison at all. The Bastion Fortresses are correct though.
    - Ogre Kingdoms (I tested Disciples of the Maw) No garrison in any of the three.

    Factions that have garrisons in all three (and thus don't require one added):
    - Bretonnia (I tested Couronne)
    - Warriors of Chaos (I tested Legion of the Gorequeen) (although the garrisons are really small which is a diffent issue alltogether)
    - Beastmen (I checked Harbinger of Disaster)
    - Daemons of Chaos (I tested Legion of Chaos of course)
    - Dwarfs (I tested Clan Angrund)
    - The Empire (I tested The Huntsmarshal's Expedition)
    - Grand Cathay (I tested The Western Provinces)
    - Greenskins (I tested Crooked Moon)
    - High Elves (I tested Avelorn) (although garrisons are pretty bad imho in Empire Forts and Bastion Fortresses)
    - Khorne (I tested Exiles of Khorne of course)
    - Kislev (I tested Ursun Revivalists)
    - Lizardmen (I tested Last Defenders)
    - Norsca (I tested World Walkers)
    - Nurgle (I tested Poxmakers of Nurgle of course)
    - Skaven (I tested Clan Rictus)
    - Slaanesh (I tested Seducers of Slaanesh of course)
    - Tomb Kings (I tested Court of Lybaras)
    - Tzeentch (I tested Oracles of Tzeentch of course)
    - Vampire Coast (I tested The Drowned)
    - Vampire Counts (I tested Sylvania (Isabella von Carstein))

    It might of course be that another faction in the same race does have a garrison, or is one missing where I tested another. But it would take a lot of time launching a campaign as every faction in the game for me :P So i tested one per race.

    I just checked in the latest patch (2.2) and Heralds of Ariel (probably all Wood Elf factions) still don't get any garrison in High Elves Gates, Empire Forts nor Bastion Gates.

    Disciples of the Maw (or probably Ogre Kingdoms in general) weren't fixed either. No garrison in either of the three.

    Cult of Pleasure seems to have been fixed.

    This is also in 2.3.0. Ogre Kingdoms and Wood Elves still have no garrisons at all in Empire Forts, High Elven Gates and Bastion Gates. Please fix it :)

    Bump, would love for this to at least get acknowledged. Occuyping these types of settlements in effectively useless for Wood Elves and Ogre Kingdoms as of now, and puts them at a large disadvantage when trying to defend the area/cut of enemies trying to pass into your territory.

    This still needs fixing, as it's also in 2.4.0, and is a major thing imho. Both Wood Elves and Ogre Kingdoms still are the only two races to not have any garrison in either the Empire Forts, High Elven Gates or the Bastion Gates. Please fix this!!!

    It's not just the lack of garrisons, I planted an army there and when I got besieged I got a worldroots battle map instead of the Empire fort siege map...which...makes no sense, the whole point of me occupying the fort became moot.
