Kairos cultist is bugged

Kairos have a nice talent ( dont know how it called on english so see on screen) to buff cultist. Its work well while u unmounted or on horse. But if sit on Chaos shrine this talent will not work!!! It seems CA forget to test Kairos cultis on chaos shrine when they release DLC. On screen icon will apear only if want to change Chaos shrine to horse/foot . But if u stay on Chaos shrine no buff and no work for Kairos talent.
