Modding - need help. startpos.

Hey! Recently i created mod, which unlocks all WoS(wraith of sparta campaign) factions. All good but for some reason, i can not set up politics. Faction learders just chills in "other nobles" and all.
So i go into startpos_characters, select faction leader - switch political party from "null" to party created by me, load the game and see next pic - this character just dissapears from the game. What's the reason and how can i setup politics? Anyone?
