Yvresse faction's almost every building aren't affected by construction time reduction effects

I added factionwide construction time-90% effect to Eltharion's trait, and almost every buildings are not affected.
I also tested the same thing to Tyrion, Alarielle, Imrik and their every buildings are correctly affected.
So although I found it on modded campaign but still, it will be same on vanilla campaign too with pretty much 100% probability.
Seems like Yvresse faction has quite a lot of bugs. I heard another case that it's prisoner mechanic has a bug before.
Hope you guys will fix it near future.
