Buildings not providing garrisons

This is my first time posting, I hope that this ends up in the correct section.
I am currently playing Durthu in Immortal Empires and have noticed that some of the garrison units that buildings says should be there are not. For example in Laurelorn Forest I have completed the ritual of rebirth and built Verdant heart of Laurelorn (special building). It provides the garrison 2 Waywatchers, 2 Glade Riders and 2 Tree Kin. However when I look at the Garrison Details those units are not there. The only mod that I have that interacts with the gameplay is "One button respec", my other mods are graphical changes.
