I am kinda feeling longbeardly right now.

• Their mining economy has been gutted
  
• Their landmarks have been removed
  
• Their unit roster has gotten no DLC since 2016
  
• Their rune rework was not upgrading enough
  
• Their units are still using bad shields
  
• Their artillery is outgunned duo to lack of TT rules
  
• Their vanguard units are in dire need of special rework
  
• Their dreaded, corrupted cousins are about to come sooner then later

And they pack some insane stuff. From even crazier war machines to a ton of monsters, to two golem types that are possessed by fire and daemons, a giant daemonic steampunk robot that required a literal hailstorm of cannonballs to immobilize it and dragons that can be described as flying Dread Saurians with the single strongest breathe attack and fire magic.

Dawi need runic units, the rest of the Slayer Cult and their own crazier war machines. Maybe even add in stuff like Gazul-themed units too (wielding runic swords because Gazul himself does). They will need all the grudge-settling tools they need.

I'm going to agree with you on that one. I think their darker cousins will have them beat in every department once they inevitably come. Dwarfs are going to need tools beyond what's in their army books to deal with the coming onslaught of darkness.

Would add in Doomstones too. Think of it as the Dwarf equivalent of Skaven Doomspheres.
They originally were supposed to be Dwarf Waystones. Build and designed based on the stuff the Dwarfs were given by the High Elves back when the two were buddies. Thing is the Runesmiths of those times instead of using normal stuff they used warpstone to build those. The end result is that the Dwarfs accidentally created superweapons capable of turning entire mountains into mountains of pebbles.
AKA: The Dawi, took something Elgi, tried to make it Dawi, but instead they Slanned it up and everything went Rakki.

No because they also want to get back their lost glory and Thorgrim especially went full glory recovery mode (hell, his backstory has him getting tons of lost Dwarf artifacts back which also factored in his rise to the position of High King).

They have better anti infantry arty but i don't think they have better anti arty than the basic dwarf.

They have better anti infantry arty but i don't think they have better anti arty than the basic dwarf.

Hellcanons are extremely precise, rocket launchers can blow enemys arty pretty heavily with a couple of shots (atleast empire hellrockets) and we dont know how the dreadquake mortar will be in the game. IF its similar to the queen bess then RIP dwarfs arty. Magma canon and the war engine will be probably anti infantry

My dude i don't think you understand how arty duel works

You need some thing as accurate as HE bolt thrower but just as small and have good range to out gun basic dwarf cannons

Neither queen bess or a hell cannon has prayer of out shooting a dwarf cannon.

Uphill battles against numerous foes in dark days ever since spanking the elves and getting frogged back in the days have been a dawi thing as is now. I'm sure they will get sooner or later get a cheap FLC and a rework just big enough to push them back a year or two in the rework chain as usual. My wallet is safe at least.

Thorek sadly doesn't count as much as the Yolked Carnosaur he has. Thorek should've been a DLC character instead of a FLC one.

Not to mention that one rework was literally adding in the Tomb King's Mortuary Cult mechanic and reskin it for the Dwarfs. Then we get another rework but it only adds some extra skills for certain characters and runes to be forged in the aforementioned reskin of a mechanic. And even then those are only limited.

I could not agree more. He was my most wanted Dwarf LL and CA did him dirty. There's a pattern here.

It’s still a great FLC. Dawi can wait a bit and VC, Norsca and the Empire need some love before.

Dwarfs should get 2 LPs eventually tho. They simply aren’t the highest priority.
