Feedback/Suggestion on High Elves

Hi, I really liked last changes in patch 2.2
But I think it'll be really cool if you could add some kind of elector counts mechanic to the high elves, I think it would bring depth that is very much needed in HE campaign and also represent HE's predisposition to intrigues and all that stuff. Now phoenix king seems like some non-important figure and wars between HE doesn't look like civil wars but rather just like any other conflict.
Another thing I think would be really lore-friendly and cool for HE is to add loyalty mechanics for HE lords (just like one that shaven or dark elves now have) this would bring much needed flavour of society mired in intrigue and ambition)
