[Mod Request] Anyone willing to help/do this?

Right now, I really want a mod for Khornate faction(s) Bloodletting to NOT decrease. I know its "op" but there is many times where it is really a struggle to keep that meter up.
There used be a mod for this but it ceased to exist anymore, I still have it/see it in my favorite list but if I click on it, I just get an error.
Really want "Bloodletting doesnt decrease"
