Known IssueWoC Vassals won't join me when I Declare War

I tried a Be'lakor campaign. Went to Southern Wastes and was going to declare war on Oxyotl but noticed Vassal was not going to join me.

Disabled working mods in case those affected it but same thing and where I took picture.

Then I tried Archaon as another test and same thing.

Came back from work. Here is a screenshot with my modified.log and two save logs for those WoC campaigns I tried out. Hope this helps.

Relatedly: if you get pulled into a war with a WoC faction by way of an alliance, the WoC's vassals won't declare war on you. You have to directly declare war on them.
