Crush after 2.2 New campaing

Crush game when I pick on recruit new army(lord) or heroes
Play Modded and Vanilla
Reinstall pre patch. Nothing help. Just crush when I pick on recruit lord or heroes
try to pick "4" or "5" hot key in settlement -crush again

I check game files in Steam, all files good
Nothing Help, game still crush when I try pick on recruit button
