Elessaeli visual error, Vortex Campaign, Warhammer 2

The major elven settlement of Elessaeli in Southern Yvresse in the Vortex campaign has the appearance of a minor settlement at tiers 1-3 and a ruin at tiers 4-5. It does not impact the gameplay as in battles the correct map shows and all building slots unlock at the relevant tier but it is a bit jarring to have a ruin in the middle of Ulthuan. I was hoping there is a fix available?

Reprouction steps: Launch vortex campaign, error is visible on startup as soon as sight is extended over Southern Yvresse province.
