Eltharion Mechanics not firing

Version 2.2.1 Normal/ Normal Immortal Empires Campaign
Hello just wanted to share that I tried Eltharion and found his mechanics to not be working coreectly.
1. I've found if I catch someone in the cage (wounding the Lord while the cage is active on that Lord in battle) on my turn it works correctly. However if I catch someone in an ENDTURN battle the prisonor will not be in Athel Tamara at the beggining of my next turn.
2. I've unlocked both tiers of the Waystone building in Athel Tamara but yet have no Ladrielles Blessing in the Yvresse Defense bar when I should have 10.
