Grudge Too Far diplomacy bug

Had the "Grudge Too Far" endgame scenario activate but I don't think the war/alliance statuses of the dwarves are working as intended. Currently most of the dwarves are not allied with one another and are only at war with select factions. For instance, Karaz a Karak is at war with me, playing as Queek, but not Skarsnik who controls much of the dwarven territory as well. I would imagine the intention is for the dwarves to be allied with each other, and at war with all non-dwarves without the possibility of diplomacy.
