White lion chariots and Slaanesh's daemon chariot riders lack attack animations

Description: White lion chariots and Slaanesh daemon chariots have no attack animations for the riders. This causes the chariots to lack a large amount of dps, especially in sustain combat with SEs.
Build:
To reproduce just watch the affected chariots in combat: Seeker chariot, Hellflayer, Exalted Seeker chariot, Exalted Herald of Slaanesh on Seeker or Exalted Seeker chariot mount, White Lion chariots, or Alastar on White Lion mount.
