Inccidentally, in the now OOP Liber Chaotica, it describes the realm of Chaos Gods as a complex blend of different sensations. As it goes:

And the in-universe writer makes a comprison to what 'pleasure' is:

And thus he concluded that love is but a facet of what makes up of pleasure

Liber Chaotica, Liber Slaanesh, "Naming the Serpent"

Sounds like a 'yes' to my question. A long winded yes, but a yes nonetheless.

I have an additional question about Slaanesh. Is Love in his "portfolio" so to speak (next to excess, obsession, ect ect)? Like, we know Khorne's is hate and if Slaanesh is his opposite, that means Love would be in his correct?

One can argue love is a form of obsession, but anyway, since the six circles of sin in 8th edition are avidity, gluttony, paramountcy, vainglory, and indolency, the domain of Slaanesh is narcissistic -- it's all personal desires for things (wealth, food, power, pride, and comfort thus laziness). GW clearly removed lust from the circles as in seven deadly sins due to, eh, certain concerns.

Therefore, a Slaaneshi follower doesn't so much love (others), but desire to own (others); they don't care for the others but rather desire to receive from others. One can be obessed over a person for their beauty, flesh, novelty, etc., and it can well be the individual believes that one is "in love", but in truth their are merely after the sensation of having excessive desire for someone (thus no different than what material goods is in greed). Once that sensation is gone, the individual would simply seek other things to obsesses over.

Also, Slaanesh is not so much anti-Big-Three, it is the big three in a subtle form. Per 8th edition Daemons of Chaos army book, the influence of Slaanesh, in fact, underlies those of the other Chaos Gods. Wrath is excessive antangonism, scheming is to vie for paramountcy, and acceptance of fate is that of indolency.

Anyway, the Circle of Carnarlity is definitely still around? It was in WH3 and your list only five things, not six. Narcissim would fall under Vainglory and therefore not be a ring in and of itself. Iirc, there are six rings and then slaanesh's palace, meaning there are seven total components. Carnality is in the middle. Indolence is nearest to Slaanesh, which is interesting.

Everyone focuses on Slaanesh's aspect as a lust/sex god, but I personally think vainglory and indolence are the truest reflections of who he is. Slaanesh is the god of subtley; sex would just be too obvious, so it couldn't be that imo.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Slaanesh is the closest that Warhammer had to an actual Satan. Slaanesh temps you and takes what's good and interesting about yourself, promising you more and more, and then uses that to twist you to their designs. It's indulgence, vanity, vice, pride, envy, esteem, all these things we use to prop ourselves up that they use as their weapon. Reducing Slaanesh to just sex is just one part of the puzzle.
Honestly, I think the sex bit is just to lure people in. Sex is the basest and surest way to grab the attention of most folks. It's near a human universal (really, a mortal universal) and therefore would catch the most flies, so to speak. This is probably why the daemons are lascivious vs. being physically appealing in other ways.

But like I said, sex isn't the main thing. Between their dream magic, musk that puts you to sleep, the indolence ring being the hardest ring to conquer (and involving eternal sleep that even affects other slaaneshi daemones), and other things I can't remember atm (I wrote a much better blurb about this elsewhere), one of his foremost things seems to be just...being lazy.

    It is.

People focus on carnality because it is the most iconic aspect of Slaanesh. Why? Such is the human conditon.
