Camera "Jittering" while trying to move the camera up/down and right/left simultaneously with scroll

Hey, so I recently got TWW3, and it seems that when in battle, I try to move my camera simultaneously from one direction to other and change the altitude of it, the camera starts to freak out. The issue doesn't appear when I use keyboard (Q, E) (Z, X). So if I use the scroll wheel to look to the left, and the Z key to bring the camera down it doesn't occur, but if I do both of these things with the scroll wheel it jitters just like on the video.
Anyone had similar issues or knows what can be done to fix it?
