No gate guard in the Lothern gate garrisons.

Currently the only place that seems to have them is the black citadel landmark.
Also from tier 3-4-5 the only difference is 1 unit of sword masters and then 1 unit of phoenix guard.
I like the smaller garrisons but some specific places need a bit of an overhaul.
also would be cool if the black citadel, or something like that, allowed you to recruit a small number of them.

I like all the races. Equally. Wood elves are just the first among equals.
