Multiple crashes on skill tree.

When putting in skill points, the game has a decent chance to crash. I noticed that it always occurred when putting points into the magic skill line. Khorne never crashed on the skill tree over a 40 hour campaign, but Cathay has crashed 5 times on the skill tree panel. Putting multiple skill points in, refunding, and repeating multiple times can also trigger the crash.

It usually occurred when hovering the skill and not necessarily when clicking on the skill.


Log was empty and the crashes didn't always generate a log. Attached some stuff from AppData just in case.
No mods.
Files verified.
Bug has occurred on Patch 2.1, 2.2, and 2.2.1.
Fresh Cathay campaigns for every patch. I did not transfer my campaign from 2.1 to 2.2 or 2.2 to 2.2.1. I started new ones since I was only a 20-30 turns in.

Final crash was when equipping an item on a caravan lord so that might be unrelated. (Or maybe it isn't? Maybe it crashes when a tooltip shows up or an ability is added under the lord's stats?)

Had the same occur to me, apparently it may happen just when the tooltip is about to load on any spells.
