"Localization dx11.txt missing"

Hi! I just bougth Total War Shogun 2, when I click Play button a window with "Localization dx11.txt missing" and 2 options, DirectX9 and DirectX11, appers. The both optiones make the same result, a black screen while 2-3 seconds, then it close.
