Crash on startup

When I try to load warhammer 3 from steam after patch 2.3 it fails. The steam green play button appears blue for a few seconds then back to green. Mods are disabled and I've restarted multiple times.
(Also my name isn't displaying properly on these forums for some reason. It changed my username to #829140. Anyone know how to change it back?)
Edit: Fixed by verifying game files on steam. 27 files were missing and it basically reinstalled the game.
