Cannot load any battle

After the 2.3 update, I have been unable to load into any kind of battle. Campaigns load and function as intended but as soon as I try to play a battle or use skirmish vs ai, my game crashes. I validated all of the files, restarted my computer, and set a ton of settings down to minimum and it still crashes.

after patch 2.3 when i try to go in to a battle the game crashes .I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times validated the files 3 time but nothing has changed. please resolve this issue
