I can not include the DLCs in Warhammer 2 !!!

Hello, I have already done everything to be able to include free and paid DLC in Warhammer II on the EPIC GAMES platform, I have already contacted their support and Amazon Prime where the game was redeemed and unfortunately when I open the game no DLC is included and the multiplayer option disabled, support directed me to this forum so we can try to solve it, Help Me!
