Skarsnik - Goblin Buffs rendered useless after K8P - Then he's just normal GS with bad orcs.

To really make him viable CA should expand his goblin upkeep buffs to pump wagons and artillery, I mean its a GOBLIN rock lobber and I see no Orcs involved so... this would make him able to have some more powerful units in his cheap retinues instead of just making him difficult to get orcs and then all of his specialty just disappears the moment you get them. Currently he is just bad default faction with cheap useless goblins, which you are encouraged to make obsolete. Pls fix. Xxx
