Warhammer total war 3 Can't play with friends. Multiplayer crash

We tried to play as 3 and as 2. It will crash on saves and sometimes after battle. I've searched through the internet for some clues, maybe we can tweak something, but no luck. We play immortal Empires
It doesn't even provide any crash info, the game just shuts down. Maybe someone can give us some information about the solution. Any help would be appreciated.
Our PCs are ryzen 22700
Two of us have 64 GB RAM and one (who isn't host) have 32.
Graphics cards are
1060 Nvidia
1080 TI Nvidia
RTX 3080 Nvidia
Yet again would be great to find some help here

To better investigate this we're going to need Dxdiag, mod.log, and Mini dmps from all three of you, I would upload these separately in the comments here, so we don't mix them up, This link here shows how find these files and upload them here - https://forums.totalwar.com/discussion/318110/read-me-before-posting#latest
