Need some help with mod conflicts

So I am having a lot of mods get conflicts and I wanted to ask how to resolve them. Currently I have over 200 conflicts split between the different parts of the Strongholds of the Samurai mod and I also have some conflicts with Ultimate Immersion, Weierstrass Units for vanilla, Unofficial patch and Tarcos Revival. I am asking here as reddit couldn't help me with the problem and I just want to try playing the game with mods. I can start the game up, but I can't actually start a new campaign or load a save file because it'll just crash
