How to invade Nagashizzar as Ghorst?

Around turn 45 it's tier 5 on the save game with a garrison and a tier 4/5 Skaven army. Had so many battles there that I can summon complete armies at that location. Unfortunately the Skaven have a really high recovery rate, just using a zombie zerg is not working.

Ooh boy.. I don't have much advice but it sounds like a challenge! I need to do a campaign with a Lord around Nagashizzar, just to see how insane those skaven are.
