Known IssueWarhammer 3 Battles freezing repeatedly.

I looked up some other threads about this but I havent really found a real solution yet. It kinda sucks cause this problem has haunted me since immortal empires came out (at first mostly in settlement battles). I can´t play the game because of that.

The problem:
During the battle the game freezes for some seconds and resumes (happens about 2-3 times) until it freezes completely. During the freezes I can move the camera, the music runs, I can press tab for the strategic view and I can left click to make a selection box (but the box doesnt really get as big as I drag it).

When it occured:
It happened in many scenarios, I think mostly in defensive battles. Last time, as you can see in the video, was on Belegars campaign around turn 46, near Skavenblight, defending against 3 skaven armies.

My Specs:
Intel Core I5 11th gen 11400F
16GB RAM
Nvidea RTX 3070 Ti

More Information:
My DxDiag and my preference script are attached. If you need my user script, please tell me where to find it since it wasn´t in the script folder.

What I tried before:
-Tried different graphics drivers
-reinstalled the game

I am also getting this issue., and it is occurring on all battles.

This appears to be new to the 2.3 patch or one of the other more recent ones.

I'm running:
AMD 5600x
24gb DDR4 RAM
3060ti GPU

So no hardware issues should be showing. Game (including Immortal Empires) worked fine until early November.

Had this issue happen twice, did last for quite a bit longer in my case (perhaps one or two minutes).

tried every button in the UI, did nothing.

Hey, I dig up the thread, I have the same issue (freezes during a few seconds and resumes to freeze again and again and again and again... it don't stop), on Bretonnia Gisoreux's map (sorry it's the french name, I don't now if it is the same in english) defence battle, against a single army of Heinrich Kemmler, first I thought it was the extreme army size mod, but it's still present without it. Still, Steam's FPS counter stays at 40-60 FPS, even during the freezes (I even disabled the overlay just in case)
It is the first time for me until now... and it's completely unplayable.

My specs:
AMD ryzen 7 1700X
16Gb DDR4 RAM
RTX 3060 Ti

Have been getting this for quite a few patches now would love to know if any progress has been made on it.

Only in defence battles not just sieges, most times for me it will "freeze" and then recover a few times and i can complete the battle but tonight i had my first CTD with it.
