Nurglrings heal cap bug

A bug found in the Immortal Empire campaign as a battle that could be carried out in the first turn.
When treating Nurglings with Ku'ghath passives, Nurglings are not cured even though their physical strength has not touched the Healcap.
I checked it by playing without mod.
