Game crashes on campaign load.

When loading up any campaign with any lord, game loads about 10% then freezes for a minute or so and then crashes. Cannot load any campaign save. Can load up battles with ease. this didn't happen when I had it on an HDD but I moved the game to my SSD which i have had the previous total war warhammer game on with no issues. There is plenty of space left on the ssd for proper use and game files have been verified for integrity.
