[ETW] Game crashes when trying to load from savegame after certain turn

I have 3 savegames made on turn 124, including autosave
Attempt to load from any of them makes the game crash
Previous available savegame was made on turn 108 and can be loaded without an issue
I use no mods, is it a way to make the game load from latest savegames and prevent such issue in future?
