I don't think Hyenas will be the only game CA will release. WH3's DLCs aside (Chaos Dwarfs and most likely a lord pack), we will most probably get another less ambitious TW game. Perhaps 3K2, but most likely the new entry of the Saga franchise.

It will, CA wants to enter hyper competitive market while their track record shows them being lazy, incompetent and out of touch.
They got lucky with establishing foothold in niche genre of cinematic arcade battles, but even there they somehow found a way to fail with empire and rome 2(almost killed studio)

I'm not hoping it fails but if it does it's deserved. Making a hero shooter in a market already crowded by them and 5 years late is blatantly obvious that it's a bad idea and the art doesn't even look good it's soulless.

Ah so this is why we have to wait February for the roadmap. CA is too busy marketing their dead on arrival game and as we know they refuse to market more than one product at a time for some reason.

At least there were people excited for Troy and Three Kingdoms. I have yet to see a single bloke excited for Hyenas.

Ehh, it doesn't look like something I'm interested in currently. Maybe that will change, but I don't wish it fails just because I'm more interested in a different game the company makes. If Warhammer is abandoned for it, I won't go play Hyenas if that is what they may think though.

I saw a video from a youtuber from my country about 10 games jw thinks will fail, Hyenas was among them, because as people said, looks very generic, but also they marketing is terrible, most people in the comments didn't even know that this games exists before that video, this show us how the CA marketing is bad not only with total war, but total war is a very established product

Also, why the same company that make Alien Isolation, don't make the freaking alien isolation 2, a lot of people love that game and the Alien IA

I dont want to be mean, but honestly agree. If there is a time CA should focus on repairing and giving new content to wh it is now. At least the other side projects were still total war and I understand CA not wanting to bet everything on a single golden egg chicken. But Hyenas? Just why? Even from a non total war player perspective, it looks generic at best and the market is already saturated with shooters, no one will stop playing fortnite or their game of choice for Hyenas. IDK who or why greenlighted the project, but it surely doesnt have a marketing degree.

The less time and resources CA spends on it, the best.

Umm, neither of them failed. 3K broke (and still holds) the record of pre-orders and Troy's DLC circle was actually extended. Please don't make up random stuff.

I have no plans to play it and I doubt it's going to take market cap away from Fortnite like CA thinks it will.
