Sound in battles still bugged

The sound in battles is still buggy, sound cuts in and out during battles sometimes, and the voices and the sound effects often cancel each other out, like one minute all you hear are voices, and the other all you hear is the sound of clashing steel and background effects.
its not a problem with my audio because my other games play their sound just fine.
to reproduce, simply play any battle and zoom in on units, either fighting or standing still, it doesn't matter anymore if its near a lord or not.
