Runesmith and Runelord spells are bugged

The Runelords and Runesmiths spells don't work, in particular the rune of wrath and ruin spell, I cast them on the ground I should see an effect but nothing happens, just the spell location icon shows up on the ground.

To reproduce just start a skirmish against the AI and select the runesmith/lord and cast a spell, specifically the wrath and ruin one.

I included a short replay testing one of the spells to see if it was one of my mods or not, it did the same thing un-modded so no mod is causing this.

    hmm weird, cause I ran verify and it all checks out, and yet the problem persists.

    Aww jeez, I am such an idiot, turns out I was clicking the armor buff rune, I never took notice that they moved the location of the rune of wrath and ruin. I am such a WAZZOCK! This thread can be closed, nothing is broken here. again I am a WAZZOCK!
