Norsca Monster Hunt Broken

Hello,

Like a lot of fellow Norsca players, the Monster Hunt missions doesn't work. I didn't see it mentioned in your list of known bugs so here goes another bug report.

Steps :

- Select Frigustrex, scion of the cold void as first hunt
- Raid the Tower of Khrakk region to complete first given mission
- Next mission never appears locking the whole monster hunt mechanism since it's not possible to finish current hunt nor select another.

Exact same thing happened to me as of 2.3

Similar issue. with 3rd leg of Monster Hunt: Traygard Mountain-Cleaver not triggering.

- No mods
- Trogg's campaign
- Choose to pay at second leg of quest
- Objectives: completed second leg, and no third leg trigger/quest
- Monstrous Arcanum: shows in progress

I had the same problem. I did the all 3 quest for Frigustrex but after finishing the quest battle i never got the RoR and I cant accept another one.
