Game FREEZES during battle, please help.

Hi
I have a problem with Attila, and that is that the game freezes during battle.
The camera works fine, and the audios playing but all the units freeze.
Sometimes they unfreeze after some time, and sometimes they dont.
It dont matter how large or how small the armies are, it still happens. Tried with and without mods as well, same issue.
Anyone with a clue as to what mighy cause it and how to fix it?
My specs are:
Ryzen 5 5600X
RTX 3060
16gb RAM
M2 disc.
