Goldtooth End Turn Crash

in Crashes
I have a Greasus Goldtooth campaign that has reached turn 43 and everytime I try to end the turn or save my progress later in the turn the game crashes to windows. Have tried to continue, reload etc, but same result.
I have a legion of chaos campaign that has reached turn 47 without any problems and an Immortal Empires multiplayer campaign that has gone well over 100 turns without any issues.
Please help as I would like to continue enjoying that campaign and can't face starting again
