Movement reduced to 0% when changing stance

I have noticed on two campaigns I have played (Averlorn and Yvresse) that the turn after conquering some settlements I have a movement bug.
When I leave the settlement and try to change stance rather than reducing movement by the appropriate amount it removes it entirely. Specifically this has happened today after taking Arnheim with Alarielle. I have moved out of the city and have 85% movement, when I change to any of the other stances all movement range is removed.
