Game thinks im offline ?

I was trying to play a multiplayer campaign with a friend but when I checked I noticed that for some reason I could only host a campaign in the local area ? and ther button telling me to buy dlc is saying that I cant do so while not connected to the internet. Also not sure if its related but it takes about 10 minutes of looking at a black screen for the game to even launch, and this isnt an issue with my pc specs as wh3 launches in like under a minute.
