Mouse problem

My mouse is not working or only working at the first clicks in game.
I just tried again, my mouse is not working after using WASD moved the map. It then can still move but not select or respond to click.
I have been played for 40 hrs, 1.5 years ago and everything went well, and I did not make any change.
Please fix it or give solution, and reply to me once you start.
