HOW do I raise an army in Thrones of Britannia?

I know how to do that in Rome II, Medieval ll, Attila, Rome remastrd -- but it eludes me in TOB. Help.

Click on an owned settlement where you should see a Raise Army icon in the top left of the settlement card. Hit that then move the recruited general into the settlement where the Recruit Units icon will show when you select the general.
