I have question about Nurgle province edict that reduce cycle time of economic buildings. If you keep edict whole time vs not at all, after 48 turns so you do 4 full building rotation with edict vs 3 without, money profit is same. If you would have edict only for first 3 lvl and turn it for last, you would get some small addition, but you would have all building at same stage and it would be not fun chore to control it.
Can any one confirm it or add anything that I overlooking?
non edict: 50*4+100*4+150*4+350*4=2600 (16turns)
2600*3=7800 (48turns)
with edict: 50*3+100*3+150*3+350*3=1950 (12turns)
1950*4=7800 (48turns)
It feel quite a bad that you get back your investment (price of building is 2000) after +- 12 turns with buffs

And no, relying on 1 specific plague is **** stupid.
