    Honestly, kind of surprising we haven't had any leaks for a while, the last one were some Chorf assets in the game files if I'm not mistaken.

    They had loads of leaks with Champions of Chaos and that was after the Chaos Dwarfs assets.

    I do wonder if CDs were originally slated to be first, but then CoC was shifted forward as the reaction to lack of units in Monos was pretty negative - also a lighter pack meant more resources on fixes and IE. Which would explain all the CD stuff in the files.

    But yeah, has been a while since leaks, maybe as there is very little to leak given we are still a way away from the next DLC most likely :disappointed: Honestly not on the forums nearly as much anymore, spending more time on AoS stuff online as GW are actually dropping news and releasing stuff (goddamn those new LM models are good!), so there's actually something to talk about.

    That's not what a leak is.

    Anyway, as far as I know, the last leak was back in spring 2022, when a random reddit user basically leaked CoC. Nobody took him seriously, he framed the leak as a prediction. He even got downvoted to hell, because his "predictions" didn't match the players' expectations. But he got everything correct, including the name of the DLC and the four playable factions. With a single exception: He argued that CoC would be a race pack, not a lord pack. Considering that, similar to Chorfs, CoC also got delayed, I wonder if CA changed its mind mid-production and repackaged CoC as an expensive lord pack.

    Eh, even if they're having development issues, I still feel like they could improve goodwill by communicating at least basic information about what those issues are and when they expect it to be resolved, similar to how they explained the Norsca situation.

    So yeah, the lack of communication is certainly a problem, and a simpler problem to easily rectify compared to more complex development delays.
