Tired and sore eyes when playing total war warhammer 3

I updated the monitor to 1440 resolution. As a result, the graphics got better, the increased resolution really helps. But now I feel a strong discomfort in the eyes, which I feel the next morning.
Is anyone experiencing similar? It really makes it hard to enjoy the game.
With the graphics, everything is relatively in order, but I just can not decide on anti-aliasing.
Using TAA: I encounter motion blur and strong pause sharpness.
FXAA results in less clarity in the image, but the flickering of grass, trees, etc. is preserved.

I've played at 1440 res for 6+ hours at a time and haven't experienced this. You could look into getting some glasses that cut out blue light.

If you changed your monitor, check its refresh rate and be sure it isn't lower than it max.
