Game crashes/freezes during multiplayer

Hi Guys
I hope everyone is well
I have a strange issue where the game crashes/closes without any error messages or logs. It seems to happen at random intervals more say when a battle is being fought. This has always been the case since I have bought the game.
Please find attached all files needed.
