“The Stormvermin of the Red Guard were exceptional fighters, standout killers even amongst the massive Skaven army. In their long service to their Warlord, they had taken sacred banners from Ironbreakers, brought down Giants and worn necklaces fashioned from the teeth of Black Orc commanders.”
I wouldn't even call Orcs "evil" though. They're not motivated by that. So out of actual evil races I'd go Black Guard.
I am The Beast of Guanyin, The one who beasts 25 hours a day, 8 days a week, Vanilla Gorilla, The great bright delight, Conqueror of Mountains, Purveyor of wisdom, Official forum historian, Master Tamer of energy, the one they fear to name, Beastradamus, The Teacher, Master Unbiased Pollster, The Avatar of Tuesday, Chief hype Train Conductor, Uwu Usurper, Pog Wog Warrior, Poggers Patroller, Alpha of the species, Apex protector, Praetor of Positivity, Drybrush Disciple, Sophisticated Savage.
Slaanesh Chosen is of course the best damage absorber, but I hope my line-holding infantry have some damage-making offense function. Thus AP, anti-large and magic attack T-Chosen is my answer.
I'll third the Black Orcs, as they're ded 'ard and armed to da teef. Of all the evil factions the Greenskins appeal to me the most, just some good old-fashioned monsters with no devious scheme or desires other than finding a proper fight. I can respect them a hell of lot more than the other baddies.

I’d go for those guys..
Sure but it doesn't say how many skaven they sent first to weaken them
"From my point of view, the Asur are Evil!" -Malekith
*Then tries to unravel the Vortex his father died to create.*
I mean every true son of Aenarion knows that just a couple of demons never hurt anybody. That whole story is Asur propaganda, and Morathi was there and knows the truth.
Besides that vortex was actually just an Asur attempt to control the weather and ruin Naggoroth by making it snow knowing that Malekith hates snow.

The Red Guard follow Queek into battle, always first in and last to leave.
Grave Guard. They're not the most elite but they look amazing, are the corpses of men who knew and fought Sigmar, and literally cannot and will not retreat no matter what happens.

The funny/sad part is that this isn't too far from how the Dark Elves see the entire situation. High Elves can do nothing right and the Dark Elves are just the eternal victims.
On their own? Probably either Nurgle or Tzeentch Chosen
With propper support? Undead. Be they skeletons, zombies or wights, their whole shtick has always been bogging the enemy down, never running away and healing faster than the enemy takes them down.
And that's without getting into Tabletop where, in some editions, ethereal units were impervious to anything without spells or magic weapons.

Infernal Guard with the fireglaives. Heavily armored dwarfs with repeating guns and halberds is definitely good at range and up close.
I agree. Infernal Guard is the best infantry to hold.
Maybe it’s time for the true elves and dwarfs to make an alliance again… Last time was not too hard to achieve, and repeater crossbows are getting obsolete now that even the lesser races of the Far East are able to amass them.

“The Druchii have no friends. Only victims.”
We’re victims only from weakness and empathy. But one day we will ascend from our ashes, renewed and without weakness. Then and only then our enemies will know the true meaning of fear.
