Ogre Mercenaries

I'm sure its a bug or an oversight but you can still only recruit a single unit of ogre bulls as a mercenary unit.

Whats up with that? honestly ditch the recruit from camps mechanic and bring back the warhammer 2 version.

If you don't want that at least increase it to 4 or so per army and give us a couple choices. Especially for factions like Cathay.
I like all the races. Equally. Wood elves are just the first among equals.

    They should probably just ditch it and just let you recruit ogre units into your ally slots if you're in the radius of a camp you're not at war with.

    Possibly with some portion of the gold cost going to the controlling player of the camp.

    I like that mercenaries are permanent though. I don't have to keep them alive. I think the idea is a cool one and adds flavor and depth. It just needs more depth
