!!! Bug : "Peasants Pasture - Bretonnian Hills"map !!!

Hello CA,

Just to report you a graphical bug (apparently caused by Nvidia graphic card driver version) in the North-West corner of the "Peasants Pasture - Bretonnian Hills" map. A huge triangle is rising from the ground in this area... :



Could you fix that ?

Perhaps you should try this.

"Verify integrity of game files" in Steam (see picture).
I read often that this helps with this problem of the graphics, or other problems.

I've verified the integrity of my game files and nothing changed. It's still bugged for this map.

Can you try to load this map and tell me if it does the same for you ? (this bug is visible in the North-West corner)

I haven't this problem in all of the maps in Warhammer 3 in the Immortal Empires campaign.

Have you the latest new driver from your graphic card?

Then I can't follow anymore the problem what you have.

Here are my graphic settings in Warhammer 3 (see the pictures).
Maybe you can compare to your graphic settings with my graphic settings.

I always see this strange "mountain" in the background. But only on this map... Are you sure you don't see it when you load the "Peasants Pasture - Bretonnian Hills" map in Skirmish vs A.I. ? :

I couldn't see it either. Mind you, I'm not using the same graphics card.
What is the version number of your graphics driver, and release date?

i have the same problem on this map and i experienced similiar texture bug on first battle of dwarven campaign (thorgrim) also in north west.
My card is rtx 3060, drivers 528.24

Edit:

i did some tests, reinstalled older nvidia drivers and bug is not present on 517.48 from 27.09.2022 so i assume it's some kind of driver- game issue.

You have both another graphic card then me and also a better one.

Perhaps it has to do what gamer Bearhug#9005 says, about the Nvidia driver.

My driver version is Nvidia 528.24 (21/01/2023). Hmmm... So CA should make a patch to solve this right ?

Today is a new graphic driver from Nvidia and is version 528.49!

Perhaps it is now fixed with the new driver.

Unlucky it's still the same...

The only way is to wait for CA to fix this with a compatibility patch for Nvidia driver...

I think this month comes a new patch for Warhammer 3 and that's patch 2.4.

Maybe is this strange bug fixed in this map.

We shall see..

I have this problem on many maps.

As of patch 3.0- Problem is still present on some maps like mentioned above "Peasants Pasture - Bretonnian Hills" when using newest Nvidia Drivers - 531.79.

And as i said before, problem dissapears when i use older drivers - 517.48 from 27.09.2022
