Allied Recruitment cannot recruit Yvresse special units

Playing as various factions but right now as HoA I cannot recruit any of the Mistwalker units (it appears with 0/0 units available), I do own the DLC for Yvresse, and the outpost lvl is max (3), Eltharion is alive, etc.

I really like the feature of the Allied Recruitment, but these small bugs are annoying.

I think that allied recruitment concerne only regular troops, not special ones
