My Game is straight up just not registering anything i do aside from move the mouse.

I cant skip the intro, i cant click any options, i cant do anything. This has been happening for a day now. Ive verified all my game files, Ive removed all my mods, Ive reinstalled my game. Nothing is working. I just reinstalled the game yesterday after not playing for a while and yea now i cant play at all. It was fine before and i cant find many people with the same issue
