In Progress"You appear to be offline" messeage in game

When i launch game, i cannot play multyplayer because i have this messeage where it says: You appear to be offline, but im not offline, i have good connection, playing normally all other games from steam, and check firewalls already. Any other advice to solve this problem

i was following Sega instructions, but didnt help. Checked VPN, Firewall but still messeage appear and says im not online
